GENERAL RULES
When commissioning anything from me, you agree to my TOS. Failure to do so will result in your commission being declined. I will not be held responsible for your own misconceptions if you, the commissioner, did not read my TOS. My TOS will always be referred to in the case of a dispute.Please make sure you can provide clear, visual references. This will make it easier for me to fulfill the commission to your liking. Extra fees may be charged depending on complexity of the characters.PayPal Only (EUR), except for deviantart points.
Full payment is required before I start working. Once your invoice has been paid, you will be added to my queue. If you need the commission done by a deadline let me know while filling out the form. This might result in extra costs.A minimum of one update on your commission and a chance for adjustments and changes will be provided while the commission is being worked on. Additional changes once the commission is done will result in extra costs.When commissioning me, you agree to accepting artwork within my current style. I can work with a variety of projects, but it's ultimately up to YOU, the commissioner, to decide whether or not my style fits your ideas in order to avoid dissatisfaction in the future.There are absolutely no refunds once I start working on your commission. If you think there is a possibility that you might need that money for any other reason, please do not commission me.

Terms of Service

GENERAL INFORMATIONThe commissioner must acknowledge that the commission they are purchasing is 100% voluntary.The commissioner must be either of legal age and/or has their legal guardian's permission to purchase the commission.PayPal Only (EUR), except for deviantart points.
Full payment is required before I start working. Any rush/extra fees must be paid upfront as well. These will be detailed within the invoice.This artists commissions are all digital only, no physical product will be sent.Commissions are not for commercial use, unless specified otherwise.You can NOT sell, redistribute, trace, modify, and/or claim ownership of the completed commission in any way. You also can not use the commission for ANY purposes that weren't discussed initially. Reposting the commission is ONLY acceptable if I am properly credited (e.g. linking my carrd, tagging me in posts, and/or being credited untagged).As the artist, I maintain all the rights to my artworks. These include publishing said artworks on my social media, adding them as a part of my portfolio, including them in artbooks, editorial projects, and selling prints (whether previously commissioned or not), unless agreed to otherwise with the client.ANONYMOUS COMMISSIONS"Anonymous Commissions" are cases in which your commission (including WIPs) WILL NOT be posted on my social media accounts (e.g. Twitter, DeviantArt, Instagram).You must confirm your commission as being anonymous in your order form. You do not have to tell me why but you must clarify your commission status.IF the commissioner chooses to share private commissions publicly, I have the right to do the same.I also have the right to post these works as a part of my public portfolio if I choose to do so. You will remain ANONYMOUS as the commissioner. This does not happen for every commission but this is a general warning.If asked, I will delay posting a commission until a specific date. I post my completed commissions as soon as I'm finished. This can be at any time as I do not have a set schedule. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can post your commission properly.If you do not want anything posted online, please inform me so I can make accommodations for you.COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONSThese commissions have a higher priority and don't follow the normal waiting time.Commercial commissions or "commercial use" is when you are generating some type of profit from my artwork.You are buying the rights to use my artwork for your product.You DO NOT own the artwork after purchasing a commercial commission.The conditions for commercial use commissions include; YouTube/Twitch/Patreon banners, promotional artwork, game/streaming assets (not emotes), fully-Illustrated covers, merchandise, character design for Live2D, or anything in which the artwork will be a majority of the presentation.The "Will Draw/Will NOT Draw" section still applies for commercial use as well.Illustrations will have noticeable signatures in the final version.The commissioner MUST include what the artwork will be used for and any specifications for the project (e.g. height/width requirements & intended purpose/usage).If the commission meets any of the requirements for extra fees, that will increase your total.PAYMENT PROCESSPaypal Only (EUR), except for deviantart points.I will send an invoice to the commissioner after all details of the commission have been discussed (e.g. additional fees, correct email, any missing links for refs and/or project details). I start the commission after I am paid. This is to ensure that I receive compensation for my work.I WILL NOT accept any payments BEFORE I have approved your commission. Any payments sent before the approval status will be immediately refunded and the commission will be declined.Your commission request will be dropped or cancelled if you do not respond to me after 7 days or have not sent your payment within 7 days of the sent invoice.REFUNDS/CHARGEBACKSRefunds are only possible before the commission is started. Not after the final product has been sent to the commissioner.The commissioner does not hold the rights to any WIPs created from cancelled commissions.If you file a chargeback against me after the commission has been fully completed, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will be forbidden to commission me again and a warning will be sent out to other potential vendors.If needed be, I have every right to file a complaint or report to receive compensation for my work.Last updated: 09.07.2022
